Who is Dr Daphene?
For the past fourteen years, Dr Daphene has had the honour of providing quality child care services to Memphis and its surrounding areas. She is a multi-site preschool owner and has always strived to grow community engagement and inspire those around her.
When she started many years ago, there wasn’t a leader offering mentorship and guidance. She leaned on the vision that God gave her, rolled her sleeves up, and made things happen. Recently Dr Daphene has achieved such accolades as graduating from the John Maxwell Academy, winning the Drop the Mic Award and featuring in Women's Success Magazine and most graduating from TIUA School of business. She has also launched the Iconic Academy to inspire and support small business owners and entrepreneurs as they achieve their dreams.

Dr Daphene Booker Harris is THE Preschool Icon, a Business Strategist, community philanthropist and a renowned international speaker.
Dr Daphene is also a multi site preschool owner who has built up her childcare empire over the last 15 years, going from one single location to now looking at her 5th.
Dr Daphene is a leader when it comes to empowering and motivating audiences and is able to to guide them to step into their success.
This icon is not only a successful business woman but is also mother to five children and has 1 grandson.
As a mother of 5 and a wife, she knows the mindset of a woman who wants more, but just doesn’t know what that looks like or how to get to it. Daphene knew a long time ago that in order to achieve her goals she needed to build up her mindset and start implementing a team to support her.
She now specializes in empowering business owners to maximise their potential and see optimal return on investment through her methods of marketing and best business practice. She is constantly giving people the power they need to stop saying "ill do it tomorrow" - instead Daphene nurtures their mindset to say "lets begin today"
Dr Daphene has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience and is now ready to share that with the world. She will not only empower her audience to get started on their next steps to success put will outline a plan of how to get there.
Dr Daphene offers one to one coaching, group training, seminars and events, she is focused on helping business owners to understand the foundations of running a business to help them reach the next level. This is all part of the iconic movement!
